Since 1967, Hunter Knepshield has provided quality services and competitive pricing to the parks and recreation industry with a complete range of modular and public-use buildings for parks and sporting venues.

We offer standard and custom-designed modular buildings for restrooms, concessions, showers, laundry, storage, shelters, and combination structures. These buildings are engineered to meet real-world needs for functionality, low maintenance, and fast installation.

Along with manufacturing modular buildings, we also sell custom-designed metal buildings that are easy to customize, order, and install. Using specialty 3D design software, customers can create a building online and move from idea to quote with a clear, practical process.

With cooperative purchasing, procurement of a pre-engineered metal building has never been quicker and more efficient! Our contracts through Omnia Partners and Equalis Group were competitively solicited and publicly awarded by a lead public agency (Region 4 and Region 10). Cities, counties, municipalities non-profits, state and federal agencies who allow cooperative purchasing are eligible to buy from us without going to RFP! We also hold statewide cooperative purchasing contracts in New Jersey and New York.
